Ayesha has over 10 years of work experience in the finance sector. In her seven years at Moody’s in credit ratings she cycled through several industries (retail, packaged foods, restaurants, consumer products and utilities). She also spent a year at RBC in equity research following a portfolio of chemical companies. Upon returning to India she joined Capital Float. In her role at Capital Float she led their effort to build a credit rating framework.

Ayesha has an MBA from the University of Michigan. She also holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College. She is an avid traveller and an amateur photographer.
